In this 1-hour workshop, we will discuss how to successfully plan and host an event with in-person and remote participants, exploring the technological and pedagogical dimensions of hybrid engagement and inclusion. The topics will be:

• Pre-session planning: selection of space and tools
• Facilitation with in-person and remote participants
• Post-session tasks: editing, storing, and distributing recordings
• The services offered by UBC AV, IT, ETS to support your hybrid teaching session
